Berlitz has more than 500 centres in over 70 countries and is always able to meet all your translation and interpreting requirements. We have a global network of over 500 freelance translators and interpreters, the majority of whom are either registered with the Chartered Institute of Linguists (CIoL) or the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI). This ensures that all translators and interpreters have the appropriate qualification and competency. If a translator or interpreter is not a member of the CIoL or ITI, each freelance application is subject to rigorous checks, including at least three satisfactory references. In addition, all work is proof read, thus ensuring that the highest standards and quality are maintained at all times.
As a general rule, turnaround time to translate 2000 words is at least 24 hours, depending on the subject matter and language combination of course. Please allow between 2 and 3 working days for any translation assignment as this ensures that all our quality checks can be implemented.
