TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• 1 lesson is 45 mins in duration (40 minutes teaching time + 5 minute break)
• Course fees must be paid in advance
• Group courses cannot be cancelled once booked, only postponed to a later week
• EXPRESS customers must choose a fixed schedule that cannot be modified once started
• Languages available are English, French, Spanish, Russian, German, Mandarin, Portuguese and Italian
• English courses are VAT free, all other languages attract VAT at 20%
• Lessons are delivered via ZOOM, download recommended but not necessary
• Private lessons may be rescheduled/cancelled by email to london@berlitz.co.uk where possible free of charge before 12.00 midday the working day before lessons are due – otherwise are charged
• Berlitz Connect self-study is available in English, French, Spanish and German
